Return/Exchange Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms.

 Return of Merchandise Purchased Online:

For a full refund, return your merchandise to Olivia's Attic, or send your merchandise back to us at:

Important Return Information: 

All returns/exchanges must be completed within 10 days of receiving the item.

  • All returns/exchanges must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.
  • All returns/exchanges have a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method if mailed to the address listed above.
  • Shipping costs will not be paid by Drury's Furniture or Olivia's Attic.
  • Some items cannot be returned such as food and clearance items.
  • Other restrictions may apply. 

 
Store refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase: 
 

  • Credit Card/Debit Card Purchases: refund will be credited to the original credit card. .
  • Gift Recipients: refund will be issued in the form of an Olivia's Attic Gift Certificate.
  • Check Purchases: refund will be issued in the form of check up to 10 days after original purchase or as cash back.


Tax:

The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.

Holiday and Seasonal Merchandise Refunds: Holiday and seasonal merchandise on clearance at the time of return will be refunded at the current clearance price.
